No internet connection.

Firstly make sure to check to make sure that your device is not the only device unable to
connect, if more than one device cannot connect then perform first line maintenance as per
below.
2.
Since power plays an important role in ensuring that equipment is available and online,
slight dips in power can cause equipment to hang.
3.
Always reboot the device/s to ensure that they are initialized correctly and available to
accept your connection.
4.
After rebooting a device, please allow for 2 to 3 minutes for the device to initialize
completely.
5.
If after rebooting you are still unable to connect, check to ensure that all cables are correctly
plugged into the respective devices. Do not move cables connections around as they are
very specific in their plugged in positions.
6.
If you are still unable to connect after the above step, please contact us and request
technical support.
