Unable to send/receive emails

Unable to send emails.
1.
Firstly ensure that your device has an internet connection.
2.
Normally your email incoming/outgoing server address may need to be adjusted in order for
mail relay to occur via your email hosting provider.
3.
Universal POP3 Incoming mail server and SMTP Outgoing mail server details can also be
used when connecting via non Telkom internet services i.e. mail.internet.co.za
4.
Always check with your mail provider whether they may be having technical issues on their
mail services before making changes to the mail config on your device.
5.
If you are still unable to send/receive emails after the above steps, please contact us and
request for technical support.
